Every product we sell is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or cosmetic changes over time.

To make a warranty claim, email casanverostore@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll take it from there.
